Andrew Hamblin is an award winning actor, voice artist, director, writer, producer, author, character designer, radio presenter, programming manager and songwriter.

Andrew is very versatile, full of ideas and itching to create, whether it be performing characters or writing stories Andrew is a reliable and hard-working person.

From an early age Andrew had always mimicked voices off cartoons, films and video games, as the years went by he discovered he had a natural talent for voice over and since then broadened and strengthened his range from original characters, to plenty of impressions (E.g. Bill Crystal, Tom Hanks, Mickey Mouse etc) as well as being able to produce sfx and creature vocals with his voice, he also received an achievement for best performer in drama at high school.

In 2008 Andrew did a Voice over workshop at The Show Reel in London and later on in 2009 was tutored by Voice artist James Arnold Taylor, who taught him everything he needed to know about the voice over world. This led him landing a voice agent “The American Agency”.

In 2012, Andrew premiered his voice over samples at the London Animation Club, where it was met with fantastic reception.

Things got more exciting when in 2013 when Andrew landed a voice role for the video game remake “Oddworld Abe’s Oddysee New N Tasty” providing the voice of Mudokon slaves, it was released on all platforms.

In that same year Andrew produced his first animated TV show pilot called “Learning with Pixie & Tim”, where he directed and created the lead characters while also proving the voices for both Pixie & Tim, The pilot was not picked up though was met with high praise at the Animation Club for it’s style, concept and his voice work especially for his role of Pixie.

Andrew landed his first animated feature film with Paramount Pictures titled "Capture The Flag", where he voiced Bill Gags and many additional voices throughout the film, It was released in cinemas.

Andrew also joined Radio Harrow where he would present and help produce many of the shows on Thursday nights, over time Andrew became the Thursday night studio manager in 2019 and later in 2025 has become the current Programming Manager for the station, Andrew has won a Jack Petchey award for “Outstanding Achievement” for his work and dedication to the radio station.

Andrew later joined the Radio’s house band “The Volunteers” where he would sing a few lead songs, providing backing vocals and even performed a cover of Rainbow Connection in Kermit the frogs voice with a Kermit puppet live on stage.

Andrew delved into the world of live-action starring in a short film called “Leash” where he played the role of Caleb as well as providing additional voices, Andrew got an award for his performance winning “Best actor” at the Horrors4You film festival.

Andrew then decided to give directing a shot and produced his first short film “Lovesick” under his teams name “Fuddy Duddy Productions”, he would direct, write, produce and even star in the film which lead to a positive reception from it’s screening.

Andrew then returned to direct, write, produce and star in the critically acclaimed sequel “Lovestruck” which won a total of 12 awards at film festivals including “Film short” “Leading actor” “Best Acting duo” “best romance” “best drama” and even “best original song” for “Forever changed” which Andrew wrote the lyrics for. The song would later be released on Spotfiy and Amazon music. The film was met with great reception with audiences praising its emotional story, gripping performances, soundtrack, directing and editing.

Andrew published his first children’s book “Rosy & the Bin Beast” writing the story and designing the characters. It was released July 19th 2024 worldwide.

Andrew has also been involved with many projects online including original animations like Sinking Road Village voicing Mr Glory to fan projects especially in the Sonic community where he can be heard as Sonic for many projects like SA2 Reimagined, animated shorts, Sonic Revolution live panels to Snively in the highly anticipated Satam Sea3on as well as even the well-received audio drama Sonic Specials for Radio Harrow in which he also writes, directs, edits and voices many of the characters including Sonic, Knuckles, Cream, Orbot and many more.

From voice-overs to directing short films to song writing, Andrew continues to provide high quality entertainment in all fields of the industry.
